Afternoon surgeries are from 3.30 to 5.30pm daily except Thursday.
Tuesday evening surgery 6.30 - 8.00pm for booked appointments only.

Out Of Hours
If you require emergency treatment at weekends or in the evenings, please call our emergency number 0845 045 0411 and you will be put in contact with our emergency service. This number is available 24 hours a day.
Access
Both surgeries are
fully accessible to, and have facilities for, disabled patients.
Costs
If you are entitled to it, all treatment
provided by the medical team will be given free under the NHS. Any private treatment
may incur a charge and you will be informed by the receptionist of such charges.
In addition, a list of the charges is displayed in each surgery. These charges
include private insurance claims forms, fitness to travel certificates, vaccination
certificates etc. |
